At Gatiné, every order ships FREE with $50 orders and up.
Order Processing
We prepare each brush within 1–3 business days of your purchase. Processing means verifying your details, quality-checking the product, and handing it off to the carrier. During peak holidays or sales events, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Transit & Delivery
Once your parcel is on the road (or in the air), delivery speed depends mostly on where you live:

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your brush leaves our warehouse. Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear while the carrier scans the first checkpoint.
