Cancellation Window
Need to change or cancel an order? Let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After a day, most orders have already moved to processing and can no longer be altered. Approved cancellations are refunded within 7 business days.

Use Gatiné for at least two weeks. If by day 60 you and your cat are still not feeling the glow, email admin@gatinegrooming.com and include your order number or the name and email used at checkout. We will arrange a return and refund the product price once the item is received. Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable.
Damaged in Transit
We pack every brush with care, but if your product arrives broken or defective, email us at admin@gatinegrooming.com within 72 hours of delivery. Attach a clear photo of the damage so we can send a replacement at no cost. Cosmetic dings to outer packaging are not considered product damage, and we cannot replace items harmed through normal wear or misuse.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carriers, customs, or weather. Once a package leaves our warehouse it is in the carrier’s hands, and we cannot reimburse for delays, loss, or theft. For the fastest help on a stalled shipment, please contact the courier directly.
